k do crunches and sit-ups alot.
i personally think crunches are better cause they reduce
body fat faster, omg did you know people can have like
muscular abs like on their stomach but sometimes its
covered but like a layer of fat ?!
kaii i have to say,
people think that sit-ups help work
your abs and they do in a way but VERY
slowly. like you gotta do TONS of them
for it to work. DO CRUNCHES they really
do work like on day i did 50 and the next
day my tummy was flatter
I can't believe nobody has mentioned this but....it really doesn't matter how well exercised you are I can do ONE HUNDRED sit ups after a heavy weightlifting workout and I do not have as good of abs as the average kid in the locker room.
...I can pretty much pick them up and throw them though hehehe.
Believe me six packs mean you don't eat enough and yeah it looks cool but I'd rather have a little pudge, eat all I want and squat 300lbs. Without food you can't make or sustain muscle. Personally my metabolism is high enough that I can proudly eat a 4000-6000 calorie diet (every day) and I'm 6'0" 161lbs last I checked and I'm around 11% BMI based off of US Navy calculations
