Meeting the criteria is a big part of the application, we dont want to hire anyone who is inexperienced, or hasnt been on the forum for long, even if we know you from previous experience. It would be favortism to hire someone we know for a year or two, but who hasnt met the criteria. Just keep this in mind everyone when you apply. Also, being turned down for a job doenst mean that a future oppurtunity wont arise. Dont be let down!

Knowing people doesn't matter. If your application convinces us & you meet criteria.. you have a GOOD chance.
