Better Navigation?

I've had several complaints about this current layouts poor navigation. So I made something in photo shop quickly. (I didn't include Arcade, Blogs, and Album yet, that will go underneath)

Would this kind of navigation be better for you? It would replace the drop down menus at the top of the page.

Tell me which you prefer.

Bleh I donno, they both are really nice, but I think the second one would have easier navigation. The more common things people look for are there without going on a quest through the drop downs [Razz]

Can you elaborate as to why it needs to be changed? or what the complaint was?
