CF Radio

I was thinking of releasing CF Radio near the end of April as more and more people are joining up and demand for more interactive and fun features is rising.

I used to own a radio back in my habbo days called "Bizkit Studio" (See: http://bizkitproductions.com/history/studio/)

I was thinking maybe joining forces with another big forum and sharing the radio to promote even more activity. I might talk to Dave on livewire about joining forces with CF to make an official radio between the two websites hosted by it's members. Not sure if he would be willing but I'd give it a shot.

Once the radio is up and we have enough people involved from two forums we can get REALLY creative. For example, I'm not sure if anyone has heard of the show called "Love Line" but it's pretty much a very popular radio show among teens where they phone in and ask advice on relationships, sex, and other issues. Well we could get two people to host something like that.

and yeah.

Tell me if you guys think it's a good idea to further pursue this radio idea.

I've never really cared for radios, I just listen to my own music. Why listen to someone else play music you may not like when you can listen to music you do like? And yes, I do realize that music isn't going to be the only use for the radio.

yeah I'm with omnipotent....the only reason I listen to the radio is that my 200 CD collection doesn't have enough variety seeing as I listen to music all day long

I've never heard of anything like this before. Well, except for podcast of sorts from various forums, but a radio station? Hmm ... sounds interesting.

The music thing is something to think about, but you could have a variety of music that would fit most peoples musical taste. Most people can handle the dance, and rock genera so there is some options in that.

The CF Radio does sound really interesting though. I'd love to help out in anyway I can. [Smile]

I don't really want to be the D.J. [although I would love to suggest music for it] but I would like to be apart of it in some way. I'm just not sure how I could help yet. lol.

Also, if you're a DJ you don't have to talk.

It's funner when the DJ talks, but you can just choose music and play it for the listeners if you aren't comfortable.
