I listen to music, talk to a close friend, take a shower, parents come in handy sometimes unless they're only making the stress worse, annd i punch my pillow .
Talk to people, Drive around (sometimes but don't do this all the times becasue drving under stress can be bad) watch tv, listen to music, play music, and blah blah blah blah I can go on forever.

is it one of those balls you squeeze? lmao. I used to have one oef those, but I gave it to my cat and it never turned up again. Didn't really help much anyway.. just hurt my hand after awhile
i usually sleep on it, listen to music or watch tv
and in other cases, if for example im angry, i go and work out, or even punch some things, im not a violent person or anything, but punching things does wonders on letting out your anger and making you feel better
I have the tendency to bottle up my emotions until I explode its normally directed at my parents or at my fiance all of which are good at being sounding boards (without taking it personally) and just sitting back while I let everything out. If I don't do that Ill write everything thats bothering me out in my journal or just drive around until something makes sense.
