I normally either write about it in my journal, or tell someone [usually Laura] about it. But most of the time I just get pissed off and linger in a bad mood
Oh also I love going to movies, makes me feel way better after.

What you said. Except I don't punch the pillow or talk to my parents.
I like to sometimes just go play a game, or post on a forum to try and un-stresserize.
