I have no contacts to get me some weed, help me out!

Personally, I just ask friends if they toke, and if they do, who they buy from.
I'm not very subtle.

You could also just go smoke weed with a friend, and then when you're high ask them if you could meet their dealer.
There's probably more of a chance if you're baked than not! ;D hahaha.

When I did smoke, I would just get it from friends, who would get it through whoever they are supplied. Yeah, a friend might try and make a profit and skim off the top, but I wasnt a big smoker so it worked for what little I did get. I usually got a good price without them trying to make something off me.

Weed usually isnt hard to find for me because i know so many people who do it.
But sometimes its a mission to find any.
