Me, pretty slow. Lets see how fast you could read a paragraph, time yourself:
[Paragraph] After a freak accident cause Jake Sherman to switch bodies with his muscle-bound gym teacher, it seemed as if being pumped-up would be the coolest thing in the world. But it's annoying when everyone thinks you're all brawn and no brains.
I made no resolutions for the New Year. The habit of making plans, of criticizing, sanctioning and molding my life, is too much of a daily event for me.
Well I never tried it because I couldn't find a watch. But you can't really "try harder" because once you read it once or twice you know it and you don't even have to pay attention to what you are reading because you already know what is coming.
When I was in junior high we were required to do speed reading in english and we were tested on it and had the chance to enter different competitions with schools and what not. When first starting out we were given 3 or 4 full pages of writing and 5 minutes to read it and then answer questions about what we read throughout they would add more pages to read and give you less time. Accuracy and Understanding were the most important factors, then just lots of practise.
Once you start doing it it becomes second nature, my only problem now is if Im reading outloud I choke on words sometimes because Im reading it faster then I can say it or people don't understand what Im saying and I need to re-read it slower so they understand.

Well I have no clue if I am correct but I was 17 seconds, but I wasn't reading it fast or anything, just like if I were talking it would take about that long, or whatnot
