I've never really been the type of guy that works out regularly. But a little over a month ago I started working out at least 3 times a week, and up to 5 times a week. I just have so much more energy since starting so I'll probably be keeping this up.

I'm trying to get into a routine of doing x number of crunches in the morning, because my stomach is my most self conscious area. I'm starting with 20 and I'm working my way up. Once I'm fine with that I'll add in some other stuff too =]
Depends on the season. A LOT in the spring because I am in track, so then it's 5-6 times a week. Otherwise, it's more like 4 during the summer and almost never during the winter unless I am in a gym class. >.<

i;m pretty active.
my boyfriends helps, as he's into it to. wee go yoga tennis together
