Is there a list where it says all of the ways to make koinz. I can't quite figure out how I got so many.

On the bottom navigation bar there is a link to the CF shop.

You can buy special effects, alcohol(??) and then there is a CF shop where you can buy a flask, teddy bear, underwear etc.
