I was playing multi breakout and got a high score, then when I pressed submit said I can't directly link to the page or something. Usually it still submits when that happens but nope.

No it usually doesn't submit when it says that.
This happens to prevent cheating in the arcade.
Always click the game directly from the arcade page, and don't refresh the page or do anything like that,
