The language that I use most often is English, but I can also speak French, German, and Irish Gaelic. My father taught me some German from when he was gone in the Army and my grandfather taught me some Gaelic because his father taught him. French is from picking up a few things from my cousin Dray when he was in French in grade seven and from listening to podcasts on itunes that teaches you to say certain things in French. I'd eventually like to learn Italian, Dutch and Japanese if I ever get the chance.
used to be fluent in Norweigan (but you forget words when you never use it and talk to no one in that language) and I know German too, but same scenario too. Like I caN get what you're saying to me, I just can't think of the right words to have a conversation with you back.. and then French I dropped as soon as I could (as it's mandatory for atleast a bit..) but I know as much french as I know Norweigan now probably
