What motivates you to post in the forums?

1) What can I change that would make you want to post more? That would make you enjoy posting more?
Nothing, I really post at my own rate when i feel the need to. More activity=more topics=more replies

2) Name some features in other forums that makes you want to visit and post on them.
Nice links and easy usability. CF has it.
3) Name some features on other forums that makes you want to avoid them.
When it takes me 5 minutes to find a user's profile because they don't have it as a link in a post...

Go look at Teenhut. It BLOWS.

To Make Others Post More Maybe You can add some Awards for a certain amount of post in certain sections
Like maybe for example
Gamers' Addict Award - 500 posts in Gamers Section
LaZ Boy Award - 500 posts in Entertainment Lounge
Freakazoid - 100 posts in every section

And if possible you can add a post counter on each section so we know how many we have posted

^ I like the general idea of the post rewards, but maybe there could be post rewards regardless of the Forum's section. :]

They already have the top poster medal so I think the specific forum awards would be cool.

Maybe there should be a "Supportive Member award" for every forum, once there are more active users. That way if someone is helping in specific areas, they could be rewarded for that.

Why motivates me to post:
Having nothing better to do, and the fact that I like forums. If there is something that I can help in, or something to contribute my opinion, I like to do so.

What would motivate me to stay active here:

More members. I think when we get 30-40 more active members, and some of these 1-2 day moderators leave, we'll be set for CF life.

More topics, more members. That will generally make a forum just grow and grow in fun, and size (community wise)
2) Name some features in other forums that makes you want to visit and post on them.
Huge numbers of people, yet maintains order.
trolls (they can be funny)
people who know what they are doing.
speed
reliabiliity
ease of use
interactivity.
3) Name some features on other forums that makes you want to avoid them.
the speed is horrid, takes minutes to load a page
random stuff
trolls
serious spammers

4) Anything else?
There needs to be a better implication of the rank system. I think rank should be based on Koinz, and be seperate from title like Moderator.
