I believe that every living being on this world, selfish or spoiled or ugly or autistic or a fish or a cat or a goddamn pine tree, deserves to be loved. Being rude and treating others like dirt shouldn't get you anywhere, but unfortunately, it does. Some people in this world are famous for simply being mean to everyone else and convincing others that they're the shit. I cannot imagine how others can live with themselves, alienating themselves from true and real personal relationships, simply for fame. You know, I can't even understand why someone would want that. Want fame, at the sacrifice of love and friendship. I suppose I'm not very open-minded in that way, but I don't think I'd be well if I were to truly understand that lust for fame and power, at the cost of love and friendship. It's necessary to be aware of politics, and know what's going on, and be a smart, able human being that isn't ignorant, and is open-minded. I am very satisfied with the world as it is, even though I very much doubt it will ever be perfect. I hope that it will someday, but I've realized that it's very unlikely to happen in my lifetime. As everyone says, we've been shaped and conditioned by the media to believe that lighter skin is beautiful, clear skin is beautiful, skinniness is beautiful, and if we're not beautiful we must strive for our entire lives to be that way. I just hope that someday someone smart will be able to somehow convince the world that these standards are not important. Everyone, every single person on this goddamned earth, has thought, said, or has done something that was discriminatory to someone. Maybe not racist, maybe not homophobic, maybe not sexist, maybe not any common terms. But the instinct of judgment and persecution has been evolving throughout generations, and I very much doubt it will get better within a short amount of time. I can only hope that someday everyone on earth will be able to come to realize that hatred has no point to it, other than to feel better about themselves. I feel that those who feel hatred do not deserve hatred, but empathy, because I'm sure that everyone on this earth has felt hatred, a smidgen of a tonne, for someone or something. We all know, or will know, how it feels - to be on the receiving end, or giving. It doesn't help anyone. I believe in gay marriage, interracial marriage, marriage between separate religions, and I am pro-choice for abortion - But most of all, I believe in equality. I believe that everyone on this earth deserves a fighting chance, and if I have anything to do about it, I'll make sure that everyone gets it. We will do whatever we can to help others, be them needy or not. I believe in salvation, pride and happiness for all. Call me idealistic, I don't care. I believe everyone will be happy at one point in their lives.
I always and always will try my hardest to make friends and be kind to others, because everyone deserves it.
