Where oh where have my four back teeth gone?

Owwwwww. I just had my wisdom teeth removed. [Razz]

It really doesn't hurt. It was an amazing thing. I've never been put under. You know whats funny. I was asleep an extra three hours after the operation too. It's because I lack sleep. LOL!

Anyways, I was wondering what did you do the day of the operation. I'm going to a party! hehe

my wisdom teeth are beginning to make a move, and I may need them taken out, but as yet I don't. On the day I would probably just sit and do nothing like usual.

Im 20 years old and have yet to have any form of wisdom teeth come let alone have them removed. I have had a couple operations throughout my life first time when I was little. I remember having an IV put into my hand and it stinging like hell and slowly the room grew fuzzy and then I woke up in the recovery room and got popsicles [Very Happy]

lol hemsley theyre the back teeth after all your other teeth have grown in, like behind ur 2nd mollars. and im young and bigmouthed so the dentist doesnt think ill need to get mine out...unless theyre the size of beavers teeth...

I was told that back in stone-age days that wisdom teeth were extra teeth that grew in later, so you could still eat food even after all your other teeth fell out (due to the fact that toothpaste hadn't been invented yet)

X-rays have shown that I'm one of the lucky advanced people who have managed to eliminate wisdom teeth from their structure, so I don't have to worry about them being taken out. Yay [Mr. Green]

i can feel my wisdom teeth under my gums, my bottom ones are like half way out, ill have to have them pulled in a couple months, i dont know how you say it doesnt hurt, my friend had ONE removed and his facfe was swollen for like 3 days, it looked like someone punched him in the face

My surgery only took about half an hour. Then they make you wait around for another half hour & then send you home. It's a pretty quick procedure.
