Don't worry! This is a simple glitch! I am looking into how to get it fixed but until then here are a few reminders to avoid any problems:
* Always preview your posts before posting to avoid any errors which you might need to edit out.
* Make sure you said everything you need to say in that post.
* If there ever is a need for a double post, you can do it until we fix this.
* If all else fails use the Opera browser, as you can still edit your posts in this browser only [I wonder why?]
