Sorry, Robbie, I didn't mean that you needed my permission, I just meant you to know that I didn't know exactly where to put it, so I didn't want to get in trouble for off-forum posting.

Sure, elaborate as much as you want. Hopefully in time, maybe we could get a Paranormal/ Conspiracy forum? I know they have one on www.gamefaqs.com, and it is really popular with alot of good discussion.

[remember that gamefaqs is full of gamers, so that's a subject that generally interests them all from what I know. if more conspiracy/paranormal threads pop up, then I/you/another mod could run it by kris]

I do believe in it, yet I don't. The way it's played out by some people make it sound fake, but at the same time if there wasn't anything paranormal, then everything would just be... normal. [Confused]

I don't know if the ouija board counts.. hahaha. I don't know what to believe yet, cause I've never had any experiences. So I'm 50/50 for now. My friends sometimes tell really silly stories about seeing their deceased grandparents, but I donno.. I would really love an experience in a "haunted" place lol. This is probably a coincidence but my friends and I were being dumb & we were like "Ooo Can we talk to Elvis Presley". Then after we stopped I turned on the radio and Elvis song was on :')

Personaly I think all this 'paranormal' crap is just silly, people just get really bored and start playing with their logical side of the brain... ;p

This came up in physics class today (go figure) Lots of girls at my school believe in ghosts and stuff and say our school is haunted (it was the first all girls school in the colonies when they started settling in america, and they nursed civil war people in it)

One girl said there is a ghost in the physics teacher's apartment (he lives on campus with his family, and has small children that the girls sometimes babysit for them) And that it looks like a shadow or something. She said her friend saw it after tucking in one of the little girls one night. Other poeple said they saw it too.

Also, the chapel, the auditorium bathrooms, some dorm rooms, and the catacombs (the basement thing) are apparently all "Haunted" as well.

As for me, I am not sure if I belive in that stuff. I'm leaning more on the "no" side.

Also, to Sarah, if more threads did pop up, I would love ( if allowed ) to run that forum ( Paranormal/ Conspiracy ), or any forum, if Kris allowed me to.

Hate to pop your bubble, but a forum can only be "run" by a moderator or an admin. So unless you get a job on the staff, that doesn't seem too likely. Sorry

If the forum was made, however, you'd get credit for it. So it wouldn't be like we were stealing your idea or something [Smile]

Hemsley, catacombs are like a sorta 'underground lair' type of dealio (*flashbacks to playing Diablo on his ol' Windows 95 comp). Taken from www.dictionary.com :
An underground, often labyrinthine passageway.

And I kind of dismiss the idea of the paranormal although that is not to say that I don't believe in it it's just that I don't really care about such things [Razz]

I'd rather think I live a normal life than be bothered with thoughts of the paranormal.

The catacombs at my school is this really old creepy basement sort of thing. It's the old photography lab, but now it is just a leaky cold dusty spider webby basement. The sophomores hosted a haunted house type deal down there last week.
