Please critic my workout Routine?
I have been trying to create a 2 part full body workout but I'm not sure if I'm doing enough.
I'm 5 feet 5 inches 125 lbs and I'm trying to concentrate on my lower body.
I workout every weekday and spend the weekend with family.
Monday and Thursday (biceps, triceps, quads and hamstrings) 2 sets of each 10 reps
