Community Flow uses a currency called Koinz. Koinz are our forums points system. You can earn, and spend Koinz in a variety of ways as specified below.
Earning Koinz
Making Topics - For each topic that you make you earn a total of 10 Koinz PLUS 0.01 additional Koinz per character! So if you make a topic that has 250 words, and 1000 characters you would have earned yourself an additional 10 Koinz, for a total of 20!
Posting Replies - For each reply that you post you earn 2 Koinz PLUS 0.01 additional Koinz per character. If you are the topic author you will get an additional 3 Koinz per reply!
Contests - Community Flow will run a variety of forum competitions from time to time. In these competitions you can earn hundreds, sometimes even thousands of Koinz. You can see the current competitions by clicking the "Competitions" sub-forum in the Bulletin Board.
Member Donations - Each member has a [ Donate ] link in their posts and profile. Members can receive and give donations for a variety of reasons including birthday gifts, competitions, and goodwill. It is up to the user how much Koinz will be given.
Arcade - One of the funnest ways to earn Koinz is by using the forum Arcade. Each time you earn a new trophy in the arcade you will be awarded 10 Koinz. For each game that you rate you will earn 2 Koinz. The arcade also has a jackpot that can be won, which will earn you an unspecified amount of Koinz. In the arcade you can also go to the Gambling Page and play a game against another member for KOINZ! The winner wins up to 100 Koinz, the loser loses up to 100 Koinz!
Referral Center - The forum also has a referral center, the link is at the top of every page. You will earn 100 Koinz for each new member you refer!
Other - The forum administrator may at times choose other ways of giving Koinz to members. This may be from helping with the forum, advertising, etc.
