And that song scares the shit out of me. My friend was singing it - I'd NEVER thought I'd hear anyone in my school say "my lovely lady lumps!"

I actually didn't hate the black eyed peas when they started out, back when you thought maybe their music was goinna mean something more then just "Don't Lie" and "My Humps" cause those two lines are as hollow as the artist is. THe one song I used to like before they sold out was "Where is the love" and the video for that song was ovbiously a good one since Bon Jovi copied it recently with his "Have a Nice Day" But every song after "Where is the love" just flat out sucked. They have no meaning. They're just a buch of media darlings with meaningless pointlessly catchy repetitive lines... it's stupid. I'm Fergi, I'm gonna sprawl myself across a truck and talk about my 'humps' now. Notice how in that video she has women who are 'smaller' then she is to make her look like shes got something to show off... What are you trying to be.. Jlo? I think not. She's a normal sized girl, don't get me wrong, and she's quite pretty, but everything they stand for, every hollow song they sing just makes me lose more and more respect for the music industry and eveything it stands for. They're making it about the video... not about the song or artist anymore... We're all sellouts today - take a number, get in line.
