Health is the general condition of the mind with reference to sounds and vigor. In the following forum you will be able to post topics and replies about your health and hygiene. Some examples could be:
*Nutrition
People who practice good nutrition, hygiene and exercise patterns develop a lifetime of habits that will keep them healthy for many years. Especially when they are older!
There are the 3 basic rules for a healthy diet:
1. Variety
2. Balance
3. Moderation
Variety means that you must include many different foods from each level of the food pyramid. This will expand your food choices. It is best to eat foods of all colors. The more colors and textures in your daily meals, the better range of nutrients you'll get.
Balance means that you must eat the right amounts of foods from all levels of the Food Pyramid each day. This way you will get all the calories and nutrients you need for proper growth and development.
Moderation means that you are careful not to eat too much of any one type of food.
*Physical Fitness
Regular physical activity is important for your overall health and well-being. Include activities that you enjoy and can easily fit into your daily routine—such as walking your dog, working in your garden, or riding your bike.
Being active for 30-60 minutes on most days can help you build strength and fitness, relax and reduce stress, gain more energy, and improve your sleep. These benefits all add up to decreasing your risk of heart disease and other conditions, such as colon cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, and high blood pressure.

*Hygiene
Hygiene is the fancy term that really only defers to the steps you take to keep clean and healthy. You are a very important person and you are responsible for keeping yourself special and healthy. Hygiene is what keeps and promotes the health of people and the community. There are clean living habits everyone should try to follow.

*Exercise
Exercise makes greater quantities of blood and oxygen flow to the brain. Because of this, people who exercise regularly have better short-term memories and show faster reactions to things. People who exercise also show higher creativity levels than non-exercisers. Besides that, exercise causes the release of a brain chemical that puts people in good moods.

*Health Care
The prevention, treatment, and management of illness and the preservation of mental and physical well-being through the services offered by the medical and allied health professions.
Staying healthy includes a balanced diet, staying clean, getting plenty of exercise as well as keeping your heart strong and free of drugs.
