When you go to the forum that Hilarity is the sub-forum in (Creative Corner) why is hilarity in like horribly-eye-blinding yellow?

One question.. Is the text in my signature which is in lime green, blinding? I want to know from someone who has got to POSSIBLY have a better monitor than I do.

I have no idea why it's blinding yellow but some of the subforums at random are doing that. It's weird o_o
