Go back through your posts.
Did you spam?
Did you overly curse in a forum?
Did you double post and not ask for the post to be removed?
If you really want to know, go to your e-mail and you should have a message in there telling you the name of the person that warned you. Then PM and ask them. Then you might get somewhere.
