I think it means once you are dating, and are comfortable with letting everyone know that. That is my term anyway.

I agree. I must add that I think you should know from each other, or talk about it, that you are exclusive for one another.

Yeah, just like that. Make sure its erm, one for all, and all for one? I tried to put that in a metophorical term. Didnt work.
