I noticed how old people always say they wish they were young, and yuong people always say they wish they were older, well im confused now, which is better? being old or young, both ages has benifits but do they equal out or is one better than the other?
I'm only 17 and I feel way too old already. I matured kinda early psychologically and I feel like I missed out on a lot of carefreeness. So I'm making up for it now XP
How 'bout -14? I mean honestly, sometimes I wish I could turn back the clock and be nine years-old again.
Being young might be aggravating at times, and being old might be really life crisis-like, but being in between has got to be the toughest stage in your life. You're stuck in two completely different worlds and sometimes you can't decided if you want to hang out with the family, or with your friends. So I'd like to say anywhere from eight to before you turn thirteen is a heck of a better age then being fourteen, fifteen, and so on.
I like the age I am now. I'm 16, 17 in 2 months, & my parents no longer treat me like a little kid but I don't have crazy responsibilities either. Of course I do have some responsibilities, but they aren't adult-like for the most part.
5-10 - You don't have to worry about crap...like you don't wish you had a faster car or computer. You get a gameboy for christmas and life is perfect.
60-70 - You've made all the money you'll ever make in your lifetime and never have to work again - and assuming you have good genetics for the time being you'll be able to enjoy it quite well
somewhere in between 16 and 30 is a potential good one - getting a good paying job and being able to live life on the edge with it.

At 16 you're forced to pay a regular bus fare but on the other hand in shops you're not allowed to buy cigarettes because the shopkeeper thinks you're too young..
And also at 16 over here it's extremely difficult to purchase alcohol.. Unless you're wearin a quite short skirt or sporting a beard or moustache.. The latter one the les likely..
At 17 you still have the same problems..
At 18 alcohol comes into the equation legally and you still have the same problem.. Plus the fact that once you come 18 your criminal record becomes a permanent fixture on the rest of your life..
You're forced to make different awkward decisions.. And at 19 you realise when its the 13th March that you only have 3 months and a little bit left of being a teenager.. (that's me)
Something which scares me.. I'm oooold! Lol

I will be 23 in one month less 7 days. I have to be completely honest in saying I cannot wait to be 65 retired with pension rolling in. That will be the shit. At the same time Im excited to experience everything in between.
Ive never really wanted to be younger than what I am, but thats probably because part of me will always be a kid. That is just something that was instilled in my by my step-father who is almost 58 he is the biggest kid I know.
