Post subject: Ways To Take Care Of Stress

Stress can cause many things to happen to the human body. A little bit of stress can be healthy is good but lots of stress and being stress is very unhealthy and can lead to sshort and long term side affects. Ways to over come stress and keep u healthy is by balancing your self out. Always having enough time to do what u want to do to calm ur self down and get rested. Creating a scheduale to help plan out when to work and when to take a break/rest. Its important to get rest. It can affect you emotinally, phsyically and mentally etc. Which is very unhealthy. Always try to balance your self out.

I don't know, I don't get stress. I don't really worry about things very much.. I don't do anything I regret and if something happens that I didn't want, then whatever.. shit happens and it happens to everyone.. I don't know.. my mom always flips out at me cause of 'stress' but I never get that.

1. Eat healthy, eliminate caffeine
2. Exercise
3. Take supplements that help with stress such as a b-vitamin complex
4. Schedule "Me" time and do whatever you feel like doing. Treat this as an important part of your schedule and don't let anyone make you re-schedule it.
5. Buy a punching bag
6. Eat steak (I'm serious -- the act of chewing relieves stress)
7. Scream and vent
8. Cry
9. Watch a movie/tv show
10. Masturbate/Have sex
11. Take a vacation
12. Get drunk
13. Write/Blog
14. Deal with whatever is stressing you out RIGHT NOW and get it over with
15. Laugh [Laughing]

oh definitely not...it was funny to see you going from b-vitamins to killing your liver and a couple brain cells

I mean geez I don't give a damn what I eat as long as it tastes good and I don't take any supplements and I consider myself to be in the top 1% of healthy teens in my area (seeing as I can outrun them, outbike them, etc.)

Why on earth would someone know what vitamins make them happy? lol

Calcium makes your bones strong.

Zinc and Vitamin C improve your immune system.

B-vitamins can support your nervous system.

etc.

Why wouldn't people want to know of these things if they can help them?

Not saying drinking is healthy. I don't drink. I just know a lot of people get rid of a weeks stress this way.

Yes, adding in the drinking point was hypocritical of me and I can't say I fully agree with it either. [Razz]

Great. Not everyone is like that though and they need to watch what they eat and put in their body in order to stay physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy.
