I started going to the chiropractor again today. I had my first chiropractor when I was 13 & I had so many complications. For example, I had no curvature in my neck & one side of my hips was higher than they other. He fixed quite a bit of my complications, but I had to end my treatment because we moved. I started seeing another chiropractor about a year & a half later & she was great. She relieved a lot of my pain, but again I had to end my treatment before it was finished. Now I'm seeing another chiropractor & my mum says she's great, so I'm hoping to actually finish my treatment this time because my back is pretty messed up. She said that I have a back of someone who is 15 years older than I am.
Have any of you ever been to a chiropractor? What for? What treatments did they do? Did it help?

I'm flatfooted so my chiropracter gave me orthotic shoes to wear. They gave me blisters for a while but now I don't even notice them. So I know they're doing something to help me.
The first time I went I was around 14 I think, I have seen the same guy since that time and he is awesome. My body was completely out of alignment. The massage therapist in his office also rocks. I also did acupuncture with my chirpractor. I looked like a pin cushion but felt great after the fact. I was surprised that it didnt hurt in any way
