I think Rey Mysterio is the best.
Basically you get tripped fall into ropes, kicks you into the middle of the ring, he goes on ropes, pins you. SO YOU'RE GETTING FUCKED UP PRETTY BAD!

Although everyone hates him (I have not watched WWE in ages, so I do not know if this is still true), the RKO is the superior finishing move. That is what put him on top, no?
